Ingredients

  • 600 g potato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 300 ml beef broth
  • 200 g sausaes
  • 175 g sausae, (Mettenden)
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Paprika powder, hot pink
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the potatoes, cut the onions into small cubes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, sauté the onions and the whole clove of garlic in it, sprinkle with the paprika powder and stir in, remove the clove of garlic. Pour in the vinegar and broth. Add the potatoes and season with salt and pepper, bring everything to a boil and cook covered for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cut the sausages and salami into slices. Add both to the goulash and heat. Pour in the cream and stir in. If necessary, heat again and then season to taste.
