Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers, 1 red and 1 yellow each
  • 800 g potato (s), (boiled boiled potatoes, from the day before)
  • 4 piece (s) bratwurst (90 gr. Each)
  • 50 g mararine
  • 100 g onion (s), chopped
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. First clean the peppers, cut roughly into pieces with the potatoes and sausages.
  2. Heat the margarine in the pan. Add the bell pepper, potatoes, sausages and the onions and fry everything for 8-10 minutes. Stir gently every now and then. Season well with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Finally sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
  3. With a colorful salad! It`s very quick and tastes delicious!
  4. Tip: instead of bratwurst, you can also have meat sausage or Cabanossi roast!
