Ingredients

  • 150 g bacon, streaky
  • 2 onions)
  • 100 g carrot (s)
  • 50 g celeriac
  • 600 g potato (s)
  • 1 liter meat broth
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram, rubbed
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cut the peeled onions and potatoes, the cleaned vegetables and the bacon into small cubes.
  2. Fry the bacon cubes. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. Add vegetables and potatoes and sauté, turning constantly. Deglaze with the meat stock and bring to the boil. With marjoram. Season the nutmeg, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve, sprinkle with parsley.
