- 4 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 400 g creamed spinach (frozen)
- 200 g salmon (smoked salmon)
- 100 g cheese, rated

- Thaw the creamed spinach. Peel the potatoes and carrots, grate roughly on a raw vegetable grater. Add 4 eggs and 3 tablespoons flour, season with salt and pepper, mix everything well.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, prebake at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 20 minutes. Spread the spinach on the potato mixture, cut the smoked salmon into strips, spread over the spinach.
- Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Switch the oven back to 180 ° C (convection) and finish baking the pizza in 25 - 30 minutes.
