Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s) (waxy)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 1 kg Swiss chard
  • 20 g spice paste (crayfish paste)
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and quarter them lengthways, peel the garlic and dice finely. Halve the chilli peppers lengthways, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Clean and wash the Swiss chard. Cut the chard stalks to a length of approx. 3 cm. Cut the leaves into fine strips. Heat the crab paste in a saucepan. Sauté the potatoes, garlic, chili peppers and chard stalks in it. Add the cream and crème fraiche, bring to the boil and cook covered over a mild heat for 15 minutes. Add the cut Swiss chard leaves and cook covered for another 8 minutes over a mild heat. Then season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and possibly a pinch of sugar.
  2. Serve immediately.
