Ingredients

  • g 1,000 jacket potato (s)
  • 2 small Can / s tuna, in water
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 3 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 jar mayonnaise, 250 g

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Hard boil the eggs, peel them off, cut into small cubes and add to the potatoes. Wash and clean the peppers, cut into small cubes and add, also the peeled, diced onions. Season with salt and pepper, add mayonnaise and mix everything well. Pour into a bowl, garnish with parsley and let steep in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
