Ingredients

  • 600 g turkey breast fillet (s), cut into cubes
  • 3 large potato (s)
  • 1 large onion (s), diced
  • 1 liter vegetable stock
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 bell pepper (s), diced
  • 100 g mushrooms, sliced from the lass or fresh
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt
  • thyme
  • oregano
  • Harissa
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon spice mixture, (Chinese spice), optional

Instructions

  1. Fry the diced onion in hot oil. Peel and dice the potatoes and add to the onions. Add the tomato paste and after briefly frying, deglaze everything with the vegetable stock and simmer gently.
  2. Cut the turkey breast fillet into cubes. Fry fat-free in a coated pan and deglaze with the soy sauce. Add to the potatoes and cook with them. Add the peppers and mushrooms. Mix the flour with the wine until smooth and stir in. Season to taste with the spices listed and simmer until the potatoes are cooked through. If you want a little Asian flavor, you can add a tablespoon of Chinese spices.
  3. Sufficient as a main course without any other side dishes. If you want, you can of course cook rice or noodles with it.
