Potato Zrazy in Bread Crumbs

Ingredients

  • Medium potatoes – 5 pcs.
  • Flour – 3 tablespoons
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Filling (can be any, to your taste)

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in a uniform, cool, peel, and grate.
  2. Add flour, egg, and salt to the grated potatoes, mix everything well.
  3. It turns out a potato dough.
  4. We make a ball from the dough and a cake from the ball. (Moisten your hands with water so that they do not stick.)
  5. Put the filling in the middle of the cake. The filling for potato zraz can be grated cheese, stewed cabbage, fried mushrooms, and boiled egg, you can add greens.
  6. Give the cutlet shape.
  7. Roll the potato zrazy in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
