Potato zrazy with canned fish and boiled eggs are a delicious homemade dish. It perfectly combines tender potato dough and juicy sardine filling. Of course, sculpting these mouth-watering pies will require a master’s skill from you, but the whole family will certainly be delighted.

Ingredients
Potatoes – 1-1.2 kg
Sardines in oil – 1 can (200 g)
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Dill greens – 15 g (a couple of twigs)
Green onions – 15 g (a couple of branches)
Flour – 70 g (0.5 cups with a volume of 200 ml) + for burning the table
Bread crumbs – 100 g (1 glass of 200 ml)
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil (for frying) – 120 ml
Directions
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces.
Fill the potatoes with water and boil until tender (25-30 minutes).
Fill 2 eggs with water and boil for 10 minutes after boiling.
Knead the fish with a fork until smooth.
We wash the greens, dry them, and grind them.
Peel and knead the eggs with a fork.
We combine fish, eggs, and herbs. Salt, pepper, and stir.
Drain all the liquid from the boiled potatoes, then crush until puree. Let it cool down.
Break the egg into the potatoes, add flour and salt. We mix.
We begin to form zrazy. To do this, sprinkle the table with flour abundantly, we also constantly immerse our hands in flour. We form koloboks.
Knead the koloboks into flat cakes with our hands.
Put the filling on each cake (about 1 teaspoon).
We pinch the edges. We form oblong zrazy, flattening them a little.
Pour the breadcrumbs into a flat plate. Roll all zrazy in bread crumbs.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan (1/3 of the total amount – 40 ml) and heat it well. We spread the zrazy and fry for 3-5 minutes on each side. Add oil to the pan if necessary. So we fry all the zrazy. I got 18 times.
