Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes as jacket potatoes until just under cook. Drain, let cool, peel.
  2. Grease the baking dish. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  3. Wrap each potato with 1 slice of ham. Place the potatoes side by side in the baking dish.
  4. Heat the bechamel sauce (lazy people like me buy the ready-made). Dissolve the processed cheese (we like the corners with herbs best) in the sauce. Pour the sauce over the potatoes. Sprinkle everything with the grated cheese.
  5. Put everything in the stove and bake at 200 ° C until the cheese crust is nice and brown and crispy on top.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
