- 12 slices ham, raw or cooked
- 0.75 liter ¾ bechamel sauce
- 1 processed cheese
- 1 bag cheese (e.g. Gouda, Emmentaler), grated

- Boil potatoes as jacket potatoes until just under cook. Drain, let cool, peel.
- Grease the baking dish. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Wrap each potato with 1 slice of ham. Place the potatoes side by side in the baking dish.
