Potatoes Baked with Garlic Breadcrumbs

Potatoes baked in breadcrumbs with garlic are delicious. A good independent dish, especially with salad, and can be a side dish for meat dishes.

Cook: 45 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Small potatoes – 1 kg
  • Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
  • Garlic – 4-5 cloves
  • Breadcrumbs – 4 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Basil
  • Parsley and dill greens – 1 sprig each

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes. Can be in a uniform, and then cleaned. You can boil peeled potatoes. Let the potatoes cool slightly.
  2. Then stir it with oil, salt, pepper, basil, and grated garlic. Fold in a bag, add breadcrumbs and shake several times so that the breadcrumbs are evenly distributed over the potatoes.
  3. Put on a baking sheet and bake until light brown for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
