Ingredients
- 500 g potato (s), medium-sized with peel
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- Tabasco
- salt and pepper

- Thoroughly scrub the potatoes and then cut into slices about 1/2 cm thick. Mix immediately with the oil, salt, pepper, oregano and a little Tabasco. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or foil and bake in the oven at 220 degrees (convection not recommended) on the 2nd rail from the top for 25 minutes. Turn halfway through the cooking time.
