Ingredients

  • 500 g jacket potato (s), peeled and crushed
  • 200 g sauerkraut, cut into small pieces
  • 50 g leek, frozen in rins
  • 200 g tofu, natural
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 2 teaspoons herbal salt
  • 120 g chickpeas, rind
  • 1 teaspoon black cumin, with grind
  • 20 peppercorns, pestle
  • possibly salt
  • Olive oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Mash the jacket potatoes and natural tofu with a fork,
  2. Cut the sauerkraut into small pieces.
  3. Now mix all the ingredients together up to the ground pepper, add salt if necessary.
  4. Shape patties with wet hands, fry on both sides in hot oil over reduced heat.
