  • Water – 0.5 cups
  • Potatoes – 6-7 pcs.

  1. Products for cooking stewed potatoes with mushrooms.
  2. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly.
  3. Peel the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  4. Peel and wash the onion, finely chop.
  5. Heat a frying pan, add oil (1-2 tablespoons). Add onion to hot oil. Fry 2-3 heads of finely chopped onions with 1-2 tablespoon. tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat, stirring for 4-5 minutes (until golden).

  7. Simmer until soft over low heat (about 10 minutes).

  9. Mix potatoes with mushrooms, add a little water (about 50 ml), season with salt to taste and simmer until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
