Ingredients

Potatoes – 1 Kilogram
Olive Oil – 30 Milliliters
Ground paprika – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1 Teaspoon
Hard cheese – 200 Grams

Instructions

Peel the potatoes. Cut into wedges.
Fill with water so that the water does not completely cover the potatoes.
Once the potatoes are boiling, add salt to the water. Cook for about 5 minutes. Turn off. Drain the water completely. Cover the baking sheet with foil. Place undercooked potatoes on top of it.
Sprinkle with a little salt, paprika, black pepper. You can add spices in your own way. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for 5 minutes.
Remove the potatoes from the oven. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Return the potatoes to the oven. Bake until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
The potatoes remain tasty even after cooling.
