  • Butter – 60 g
  • Cream 20% – 200 ml
  • Olives (pitted) – 80 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Dried rosemary – 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh dill – 3-4 branches
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. We prepare products. In the process, we need foil.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic. Melt the butter.
  3. Put the garlic and rosemary in the melted butter and fry for 30-60 seconds, until a bright aroma appears.

  5. Chop the olives finely. Chop the dill.
  6. Combine potato slices, dill, olives, and oil with garlic and rosemary. Salt and pepper.

  8. We cover the form with foil and send it to bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and pour the cream over the potatoes evenly. Raise the oven temperature to 230 degrees. We send the form to the oven for another 15 minutes.
