Ingredients

  • 1.3 kg potato (s)
  • 50 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, freshly chopped
  • some oil
  • 4 slices bacon, smoked

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut in half lengthways and cook in a saucepan with boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the parmesan, nutmeg and parsley thoroughly in a small bowl and turn the potato pieces in the mixture. Shake off the excess cheese.
  3. Put a little oil in a roasting pan and heat in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 10 minutes. Add the potatoes and bake for 30 minutes, turning once. Take the roasting pan out of the oven and cover the potatoes with the bacon. Then bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown, drain off excess fat and serve.
