  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 200 g wild arlic
  • 2 tablespoon flour, (whole wheat flour tastes best)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vegetable stock, grained
  • 1 cup cream
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the potatoes and cook in a little salted water for about 15 minutes.
  2. Sort out the wild garlic and cut into small pieces. Heat the butter in a pan, let the wild garlic soak in it, then dust with the flour and stir in the cream without lumps. Season to taste with the broth and pepper.
  3. Drain the potatoes, stir carefully into the sauce and serve immediately.
