Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, red
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon pul beaver
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tablespoon semolina
  • salt
  • 1 kg ground turkey
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder

Instructions

  1. Except for the minced meat and baking powder, all ingredients are cut into small pieces in a chopper and mixed with the minced meat and baking powder and kneaded. Or you put everything in a food processor and chop it up for about five minutes. The minced meat is formed into a roll and wrapped in cling film and placed in the freezer for at least three hours. It is best if the meat stays in the freezer for one night.
  2. Take the meat out of the freezer, cut into very thin slices and fry in a non-stick pan with oil. Put the meat on the lavash bread, pour the mixed salad over it, season with any sauces and roll up.
  3. Tip: You can fry the meat, freeze it in small portions, take it out if necessary and fry it briefly in the pan.
