Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 300 g fruits, mixed, e.. currants, black, pineapple, papaya, mano, sour cherries or frozen mixture
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 5 leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 small Piece (s) ginger, to taste
  • 1 small chilli pepper (s), to taste
  • 1 glass tomato juice, approx. 200 ml
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

Instructions

  1. Core the apple and cut into pieces. Wash, stone and cut fresh fruit into small pieces. Arrange frozen goods. Clean the ginger and chilli pepper. Pluck the basil, mint and parsley leaves from the stems.
  2. Put tomato juice and the same amount of water in the blender. Then add the fruit pieces or frozen mixture. If no frozen goods are used, add crushed ice if necessary. Also add the possibly grated ginger and the slightly chopped chilli pepper. Add the basil, mint and parsley leaves. Finally add the rapeseed oil and flaxseed meal.
  3. Now mix for about 20 seconds and add a little more water when mixing.
