Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 200 g mararine
  • 80 g powdered suar
  • 100 g chocolate, melted
  • 125 g hazelnuts, roasted, rated
  • 125 g flour, smooth
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 point baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoon rum
  • 1 glass cherry (s) (sour cherries), without juice, pitted
  • 100 g suar

Instructions

  1. Mix 4 yolks with margarine until foamy, mix in vanilla sugar and icing sugar, stir in chocolate, hazelnuts, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and rum. 4 Beat clear to firm snow and gradually stir in the granulated sugar until a firm cream is formed. Lift this under the mass. Strain the cherries and fold them into the mixture. Then fill the dough into a greased springform pan (24 cm diameter) sprinkled with grated hazelnuts and bake for about 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
