Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 200 ml cream
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon ajvar
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • Herbs (e.g. basil, marjoram, oregano, thyme)
  • 1 pack shrimp (s), frozen
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into cubes, peel the garlic and cut into small cubes. Fry the whole thing in olive oil, dice the tomatoes and fry them. Add tomato paste and ajvar and fry briefly. Deglaze with white wine and cream. Let it boil down briefly, add vegetable stock and herbs to taste. Let the frozen prawns soak in the sauce for about 15 minutes. During this time, cook the pasta. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
