Ingredients

  • 250 g shrimp (s)
  • 3 tablespoon Metaxa
  • 1 can tomato (s)
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 3 small onion (s), red
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon processed cheese
  • rosemary
  • Herbal mixture, e.g., 8 herbs
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Dice the onions and garlic and fry in oil until translucent.
  2. Then add the prawns and fry together with the tomato paste. Deglaze this with the Metaxa and simmer briefly. Add the tomatoes, cream, cream cheese and crème fraîche and simmer.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper as well as the herbs and stir in the processed cheese.
