  • 250 g kin prawns (frozen), thawed
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • Mixed herbs (6 herbs)
  • Wine, white
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • 300 g pasta (Farfalle)

Instructions

  1. The water for the pasta can be put in a saucepan.
  2. Wash the thawed shrimp and pat dry. Then peel and dice the onion. The tomatoes should be washed, the stem and seeds removed and then they should also be diced. Season the prawns with salt, pepper, garlic and herbs as needed.
  3. Now put the pasta in the boiling salted water and cook according to the instructions on the packet.
  4. Now heat the oil in a pan. The prawns are fried briefly and then taken out again to keep them warm on a plate. The best thing to do is to add a little oil to the pan and add the onions. These are fried until they are translucent or, if you like, crispy. Now add the tomatoes and heat. Season the whole thing with salt, pepper, garlic and herbs as required. After roasting briefly, deglaze everything with the cream. Simmer a little more until the desired consistency is achieved. Finally, the sauce is seasoned again and refined with the white wine as desired. Put the prawns a little more in the sauce to heat them up.
  5. The pasta should now be ready as well. Drain and serve with the prawns and sauce.
