Ingredients

  • 500 g prawns, frozen
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 5 piri piri
  • 150 ml olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Thaw the prawns. Chop the garlic cloves and piri piri.
  2. Heat 50 ml of oil in a Teflon pan and cook the garlic and piri-piri over a very mild heat for about 5 minutes. Put the garlic and chilli oil in a medium-sized baking dish and mix in the remaining oil. Let cool in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  3. Then mix the prawns well with the oil, season with salt and pepper and bake in the preheated oven at approx. 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve in the hot baking dish.
  5. Ciabatta goes well with this.
