Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • ml 1,500 water
  • 500 g sour cream
  • 3 cubes soup spice
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Chives or chopped parsley

For the dough: (insert)

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoon, leveled flour
  • 4 tablespoon, leveled semolina
  • a bit salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter and brown the flour in it, add water and sour cream, then bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and soup spices.
  2. For the insert, mix all the ingredients together well and pour them into the simmering soup drop by drop with a spoon or whisk. Cook the soup until the filling is soft. Sprinkle with chives or parsley.
