Ingredients

  • 350 g pretzel (s) (pretzels)
  • 150 g sprin onion (s), the white part
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 ml wheat beer
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Do not dice the pretzels too small, cut the spring onions into rings. Use only the white part for this. Peel the garlic and chop it together with the bunch of parsley. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with a capacity of approx. 3 liters and let it steep a little.
  2. Rinse a silicone loaf pan hot, then cold and fill it with the pretzel mixture. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  3. The pretzel casserole is great as an accompaniment to roasts, goulash and the like or together with lettuce as a vegetarian main course.
