Ingredients
- 500 g quark, (lean level)
- sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- some lemon peel, grated
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 200 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon chocolate flakes
- 4 strawberries, for garnish

- Mix the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest until creamy. Divide into three portions.
- Cut open the vanilla pod, scrape out the pulp and mix with the first portion of quark.
- Then puree the strawberries and fold them into the second portion of quark.
- The cocoa is added to the third portion.
- Arrange the quark in small bowls and garnish with chocolate flakes and a strawberry each.
