Prince Pückler – Quark

Ingredients

• 500 g quark, (lean level)
• sugar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• some lemon peel, grated
• 1 vanilla pod (s)
• 200 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 1 tablespoon chocolate flakes
• 4 strawberries, for garnish

Instructions

1. Mix the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest until creamy. Divide into three portions.
2. Cut open the vanilla pod, scrape out the pulp and mix with the first portion of quark.
3. Then puree the strawberries and fold them into the second portion of quark.
4. The cocoa is added to the third portion.
5. Arrange the quark in small bowls and garnish with chocolate flakes and a strawberry each.
