Prosecco – Cocktail

Ingredients

• 400 g strawberries, (alternatively frozen strawberries)
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 40 ml Campari
• 2 bottles sparkling wine, Prosecco (alternatively dry sparkling wine)
• 6 teaspoon syrup (strawberry syrup)

Instructions

1. Sprinkle the strawberries with sugar. Stir and let stand briefly, then mix with the Campari. Pour 1 teaspoon of strawberry syrup into each champagne glass, then add the sweetened strawberries, fill up with champagne and enjoy immediately.
2. Tip: A sugar rim looks very nice on the glasses.
