- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 40 ml Campari
- 2 bottles sparkling wine, Prosecco (alternatively dry sparkling wine)
- 6 teaspoon syrup (strawberry syrup)

- Sprinkle the strawberries with sugar. Stir and let stand briefly, then mix with the Campari. Pour 1 teaspoon of strawberry syrup into each champagne glass, then add the sweetened strawberries, fill up with champagne and enjoy immediately.
- Tip: A sugar rim looks very nice on the glasses.
