Ingredients

  • 140 g spelled flakes
  • 100 g oatmeal
  • 150 g wheat erm
  • 300 g soy flakes
  • 80 g cashew nuts
  • 100 g hemp nuts, peeled
  • 100 g old linseed
  • 90 g sunflower seeds
  • 70 g blueberries, dried
  • 70 g raspberries, dried

Instructions

  1. Roughly break the cashew nuts and mix with the remaining ingredients.
  2. Keep the finished muesli mixture tightly closed, dry and dark.
  3. Weigh 50 g of the muesli mixture per serving and enjoy with fruit and yoghurt or quark, buttermilk, milk or soy drink as desired.
  4. This muesli mix is not only high in protein, it is also rich in fiber and polyunsaturated fatty acids. The muesli is also a good source of vitamins E, K, B1, biotin, folic acid and the minerals magnesium and zinc.
