Ingredients

  • 1 kg low-fat quark
  • 150 g kiwi (s)
  • 340 g pineapple pieces, in a liht syrup from the can
  • 30 g powder (protein powder, 5 components - banana, chocolate or vanilla)
  • 30 g elatin powder
  • 300 ml water, warm

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatine in 300 ml of warm water, chill. Meanwhile, mix the quark with the egg white powder, mix in the pineapple pieces and stir in the slightly cooled gelatin.
  2. Fill into a solid form and leave to set in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. When everything is set, decorate with fresh kiwi slices.
