  • 1 medium banana (s), (approx. 00g)
  • 200 ml milk, low-fat, more if necessary
  • 3 date (s), (approx. 20g)
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat quark
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ flaxseed
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
  • 2 egg whites, fresh
  • possibly mineral water

Instructions

  1. First grind the pitted dates with the milk. Then add the banana, low-fat quark, cinnamon and egg whites. Last of all are the flax seeds. It becomes relatively thick. If you want, you can add some milk or mineral water.
