Ingredients

  • 250 g redfish fillet (s)
  • 8 scampi, thrown
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 250 g zucchini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 8 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • herbs Provence
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Cut the redfish fillet into bite-sized pieces. Wash the scampis and pat dry.
  2. Halve, remove the stems and core the peppers. Then wash the pod and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices. Place the chopped redfish, scampis, zucchini and bell pepper alternately on four skewers.
  3. Peel off the garlic and press through the garlic press and mix with the oil, soy sauce and the herbs of Provence and the pepper and brush the skewers with it.
  4. Then place the skewers under the preheated grill and grill for 8 minutes. Turn the skewers several times and brush with the oil mixture.
