Ingredients

  • 120 g butter, room temperature
  • 80 g suar
  • 1 egg yolk

  • 2 packs pudding powder (non-boiling pudding cream, vanilla flavor)

Instructions

  1. For the dough, knead 100 g butter, 50 g sugar, egg yolk, flour and a pinch of salt with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Put in a greased dish (24 cm diameter) and press firmly with floured hands. Push the edge up a little. Pre-bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven at 200 ° C on the 2nd rack from the bottom.
  2. Peel, quarter and core the apples and cut lengthways tightly and tightly with a small knife on the round side. Brush the apples with the lemon juice. Prepare the pudding cream with the milk according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Spread the cream on the pre-baked base. Top with the apples. Sprinkle with 30 g of sugar, put 20 g of flakes of butter on the apples. Bake for another 40 minutes.
  4. Let cool completely in the tin. Serve dusted with the icing sugar. This goes well with whipped cream.
