Pudding – Quark – Dish

Ingredients

• 1 glass morello cherries
• 750 g quark
• 80 ml orange juice
• 60 g suar
• 4 cups pudding, (vanilla pudding) à 200 g
• Eggnog or chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

1. Put about half of the morello cherries in a bowl (preferably made of glass). Mix the quark, orange juice and sugar together until smooth and spread half of it onto the cherries. As a 3rd layer, spread half of the vanilla pudding on top. Then come the rest of the morello cherries, then the rest of the quark cream and the rest of the pudding on top.
2. Drizzle with egg liqueur or sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
