Puff Jelly with Vanilla Sauce

For jelly lovers …

Ingredients

  • orange juice – 1 glass
  • milk – 1 glass
  • strawberry juice – 1 glass
  • gelatin – 3 tbsp, that is, 1 spoon in 1 glass
  • vanilla sugar for the milk layer – 1 teaspoon
  • vanilla sugar for vanilla cream – 1 sachet
  • sugar (in juices and in vanilla sauce) – to taste

Directions

  1. Boil the vanilla sauce. Put the milk on the stove and sprinkle with a spoonful of sugar on top – do not stir. Bring to a boil without stirring.
  2. Beat 3-4 yolks with a fork or a jelly lightly with sugar and add a third of milk to them. Stir and then combine with the rest of the hot milk. Warm-up, stirring with a spatula, but do not boil. As it cools, it will become thicker.
  3. For jelly – 3 glasses – orange juice, strawberry juice, and 1 glass of milk.
  4. Place the forms at an angle and pour in the first portion. Next, a different color, and also tilted. The last is milk, in already directly placed forms.
