Ingredients

  • 400 g ham
  • 3 large onion (s), diced
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 packs cream cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 point puff pastry, square

Instructions

  1. Roast ham, diced onion and parsley, season with salt and pepper and let cool. Mix with the cream cheese and season again. Thaw the puff pastry squares, fill them with the mixture, seal and brush with egg yolk. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
