  • 2 packs puff pastry (frozen, rectangular)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoon condensed milk
  • 500 g minced meat, half / half
  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • 1 onion (s)
  • pepper
  • salt
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Take the puff pastry sheets out of the packaging and let them thaw slightly so that they can be bent without breaking.
  2. Finely dice the onion and fry in hot oil with the minced meat. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the feta into 1 cm thick pieces.
  4. Place one tablespoon each of the fried minced meat and a few pieces of feta in the middle of the puff pastry sheets. Then fold the dough into a triangle and press together along the edge with a cake fork.
  5. Mix the egg yolks with canned milk, place the filled corners on a baking sheet and apply the mixture to the top of the corners with a pastry brush.
  6. Bake the tray on the middle rack in the oven at 200 ° for about 18 minutes.
  7. Serve warm!
