  • 2 roll (s) puff pastry, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C lower / upper heat.
  2. Wash the apples, cut them in half and remove the core. Slice into thin slices, the slices must be flexible.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on the work surface. Cut a roll from the long side into 6 strips of equal width and spread thinly with the jam.
