  • 500 g cheese, rated, mild or spicy, to taste
  • 4 onion (s), whether red or white
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cups sweet cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet. The dough sheets can easily overlap.
  2. Slice the onion into fine rings, add the starch and mix well.
  3. Also add the eggs, sweet and sour cream to the onions and mix everything together well.
  4. Put the cheese / onion mixture on the puff pastry and distribute.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C until the desired brown color.
