Puff Pastry Cheese Sticks

For a friendly bachelor party over a glass of beer, instant puff pastry cheese sticks are perfect. The puff cheese sticks prepared according to this recipe have a spicy and unusual taste.

Ingredients

  • Instant puff pastry – 500 g
  • Hard cheese, grated – 75 g
  • Yolk – 1 pc.
  • Sweet paprika – 1 teaspoon without top
  • Coarse salt – 1 pinch
  • Cumin – 1 pinch
  • Nigella – 1 pinch
  • Hot red pepper – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. We prepare puff pastry products for cheese sticks.
  2. In 75 grams of grated hard cheese, add 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika and a pinch of caraway seeds, nigella, red pepper, and coarse salt.
  3. We mix.
  4. On a table sprinkled with flour, roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle 3 millimeters thick.
  5. Lubricate with an egg.
  6. Sprinkle with the filling.
  7. Press it lightly into the dough with a rolling pin.
  8. Cut into strips 1.5-2 centimeters wide.
  9. Having secured one end of the strip, we twist the strip with the other end several times.
  10. Put cheese sticks from puff pastry on a baking sheet slightly moistened with water. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
  11. Put the finished sticks on a wooden board.
  12. Let it cool and serve puff pastry cheese sticks to the table – for beer or soup.
