  • 3 slices ham, raw or cooked

  • 2 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. Take the puff pastry out of the freezer and let it thaw for ten minutes. In the meantime, peel and dice the onion, fry briefly in a coated saucepan. Then dice the ham and add it. Season with salt and pepper, add the sour cream.
