Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry, frozen, (6 plates)
  • 150 g cheese, rated (Gouda or Emmentaler)
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 slices ham, cooked
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Thaw the puff pastry. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix half of the cheese with the sour cream, flour and eggs. Season spicy. Dice the ham and fold in. Cut each sheet of dough in the middle. Place a square of dough in each depression of the muffin pan so that a 1 centimeter high edge protrudes. Add 1 tablespoon of filling each, fold the ends of the dough together at the top. Spread the rest of the cheese on top. Bake the muffins for 30 to 35 minutes.
