Ingredients

  • 1 point puff pastry
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 0.5 ½ point vegetables (wok vegetables)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
  • 2 egg (s)
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Roast the onion in a little oil. Add the minced meat and fry well. Add frozen wok vegetables and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Remove from heat and mix in 1 egg. Let the mixture cool down.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and brush the sides with egg white. Spread the mixture on the puff pastry, roll it up and brush with egg yolk. Bake at 180 degrees hot air for about 30 minutes.
  3. Sour cream dip and mixed salad go well with it.
