Ingredients

  • 1 sheet / s puff pastry, (bought ready-made from the refrigerated shelf)
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt, (Flor de Sal)
  • 4 tablespoon Parmesan, finely grated Parmegiano Reggiiano
  • 2 tablespoon oil, garlic chilli or pickled tomato oil

Instructions

  1. Take the puff pastry out of the refrigerator about 10-15 minutes before baking and roll out. Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Brush the dough lightly with oil, spread the Flor de Sal over it, sprinkle cheese over it. Roll up the dough loosely from the long side and cut into about 20 pieces. Place on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake for about 8-10 minutes until golden, let cool a little and best enjoy immediately.
