Ingredients

  • 1 point puff pastry, frozen or fresh
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 5 slices ham (cooked ham)
  • 1 red pepper (s), diced
  • 1 zucchini, cut into sticks
  • 2 tomato (s), diced or sliced
  • 1 spring onion (s), cut into small rings
  • 100 g feta cheese, diced
  • Olives, green, without pits, in fine rings
  • salt and pepper
  • Mozzarella, grated
  • Curry powder and paprika powder
  • Herbs, to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread the puff pastry out on the baking sheet and poke a few holes over the pastry with a fork. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees circulating air.
  2. Mix the 2 eggs, the sour cream, the cream and the spices into a thick sauce and spread about 2 tablespoon on the dough. Then pluck the ham and distribute it evenly on the dough, as well as the other ingredients. Then pour the rest of the sauce over it. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Now bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees, until the cheese is lightly browned.
