Puff Pastry Rolls with Ham Instructions

  1. Remove the puff pastry from the freezer in advance. It is better to buy the ham already cut into thin slices, at home it is quite problematic to cut it so thinly.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry a little to a thickness of 2-3 mm and cut into rectangles about 15×20 cm. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
  3. Spread the slices of ham over the entire surface of the puff pastry, leaving a few centimeters at one end for better adhesion of the rolls.
  4. Roll the dough into a tight roll towards the free edge.
  5. Cut the roll across into small pieces 1.5-2 cm wide.
  6. Place each roll onto a wooden toothpick or skewer.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment and place the rolls a short distance apart.
  8. Bake puff pastry rolls at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
  9. The ham puffs will become appetizing golden and will grow in size.
  10. These snack rolls are very convenient to serve at a buffet table. They can be eaten hot or cold. Well, children are ready to eat these delicious and original rolls endlessly!
