Puff Pastry Strudel with Chocolate

If you need to quickly prepare a sweet pastry dessert, then you probably won’t find a faster recipe than a strudel with chocolate! Both adults and children will like chocolate in puff pastry. It is so tasty that it takes your breath away! I highly recommend trying out this wonderful chocolate puff pastry.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry – 250 g
  • Chocolate – 100 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.

Directions

  1. To make chocolate strudel, prepare the ingredients.
  2. Roll out the dough into a layer 25 * 35 centimetermetres in size.
  3. Place the chocolate pieces in the centre.
  4. Cut the edges of the dough into strips. Cut off the four outer strips.
  5. Fold the edges of the dough up and down.
  6. Wrap the strudel alternately, forming a pigtail.
  7. Brush the strudel with the yolk.
  8. We will bake strudel (a puff cake with chocolate) in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.

Strudel with chocolate is ready. Bon, appetite.
