Puff Salad with Shrimps

Don’t know what salad to surprise your guests with for a holiday? Make them a puff pastry salad with shrimps – they certainly have not tried this. In addition to shrimp, potatoes and eggs are also included in this puff salad.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp – 600 Grams
  • Eggs – 4 Pieces
  • Potatoes – 3 Pieces
  • Red caviar – 150 Grams
  • Salt – To taste
  • Mayonnaise – To taste

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes and peel.
  2. Boil and peel the shrimp.
  3. We put a net of mayonnaise on the bottom of the salad bowl, lay half the shrimp on top with a neat layer.
  4. Next, lay out a layer of grated potatoes (lay out the whole potatoes, there will be only one layer). We coat with mayonnaise.
  5. Next – a layer of grated eggs and mayonnaise again.
  6. Then – the remaining shrimp and mayonnaise again.
  7. Decorate the salad with red caviar on top. We put in the refrigerator for several hours, then serve. Puff pastry salad with shrimps is ready!
