  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Rosemary (dried ground) – to taste
  • Green basil (dried ground) – to taste
  • White sesame – 1 tbsp (to taste)

  1. Fully defrost the puff pastry, halve and roll out half into a rectangle.
  2. Stir the egg with a whisk and coat the entire surface of the dough with it (the remaining mixture will still come in handy).
  3. Grate the ham (sausage) and cheese on a medium grater.
  4. Spread the ham (sausage) evenly on the dough, spread the cheese on top and sprinkle with dry herbs: basil, rosemary, you can use your favorite spices.

  6. Put the dough on the filling and lightly compact with a rolling pin. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
